Deadweight
Deadweight — Playable Demo (Vertical Slice)
A physics-based mining-shuttle roguelite. Pilot a quadcopter freelancer through a destructible asteroid cave, harpoon-tether loose cargo, and haul it back to the delivery platform. Every kilo you carry swings under your rotors — overload and you crash.
What's in the demo
- One cave, one mission: deliver cargo to the station platform before your hull or fuel runs out.
- Destructible terrain: shoot tiles to carve your own tunnels or reveal buried ore.
- Harpoon-tether physics: fire, hook, swing, release. Cargo stays its own body — no teleport-to-ship.
- Live HUD: fuel, hull, tonnage, and a debug overlay (F1) for the curious.
Platform
Web only — desktop browser. Mobile touch is not yet supported; the game will show a hint if your viewport drops below 1024×576.

Tips
- Fuel burns at idle. Hovering costs you — keep it brief.
- Cargo swings. Accelerate gently, or the rope will yank you off-course.
- Run out of fuel mid-air and the rotors die. Game over when the wreck comes to rest.
⚠️ This is a very early build. Rough edges, placeholder art, and missing features are all part of the ride. Every comment, bug report, and first impression is genuinely welcome — drop me a note.
